• Pack a Lunch, please. No leaving school grounds.

• Wind instruments and flags will go under the bus. Uniforms will go on the bus with you.

2:05 - Attendance in Band Room

2:15 - Depart GHS

3:25 - Arrive at Bluffton High School

3:55 - Change into Uniforms

4:55 - Line Up in Transit Block

5:05 - Transit

5:15 - 5:30 - Physical Warm-Up

5:30 - Transit

5:35 - 6:05 - Music Warm-Up

6:05 - Transit

6:23 - Stage

6:30 - Performance

6:45 - Back to Buses - change

• Afterwards, go to the student section to watch other groups perform. You will be able to watch Class B and Class A.

9:40 - Awards

• The WHOLE BAND must be present together for awards. You must all sit together as a group!

~10:15 - Depart Bluffton High School

• Students will meet with Mr. Hettinger briefly post-awards and head back to GHS directly afterwards. Equipment should be put away in the band room upon arrival. Students are dismissed after their things are packed up.

11:15 - Arrive at GHS
