6:20 a.m. - Attendance in Band Room

6:30 - Depart GHS

• We will stop on the way to Lafayette

10:00 - Arrive at Lafayette Jefferson High School, Unload Equipment

10:35 - Change into Uniforms

11:35 - Line Up in Transit Block

11:40 - Transit

11:50 - 12:05 - Physical Warm-Up

12:05 - Transit

12:15 - 12:45 - Music Warm-Up

12:45 - Transit & Stage

1:00 p.m. - Performance

1:15 - Back to Buses - change, view other bands

• Afterwards, go to the student section to watch other groups perform. Concessions are available, too. The student section is located in the visitor section of the stands. Sit as a band and cheer together!

2:30 - Awards

3:00 - Chat w/ Mr. H, depart Lafayette Jefferson High School

• Stop on the way back TBD

~7:00 - Arrive at GHS

• We’ll unload our equipment into Room 48, as custodial staff will wax the floors on Fall Break.
