Parents - Please see letter attached for information

4:30 p.m. - Doors Open

• Drum Set, Congas, bass, amplifier, and other instruments will need to be loaded. Please arrive with enough time to get this taken care of.

5:10 p.m. - Attendance, instrument & music check in band room

5:15 p.m. - Board Bus, Attendance, Depart GHS

5:45 p.m. - Arrive at Carroll High School

6:25 p.m. - Transit

6:30 p.m. - Warm-Up

6:55 p.m. - Transit

7:00 p.m. - Perform in Carroll Small Auditorium

7:30 p.m. - Back in room packing up

7:45 - 8:00 p.m. - Depart Carroll HS

8:15 - 8:25 p.m. - Arrive at GHS
