Friday, March 17, 2023 – 7/8th Grade Band Performance for ISSMA Contest.

Setup for JME Contest and Arrival – 3:00 p.m.

Students Ready with Instrument in Band Room – 5:00 p.m.

Transit to Ober Gym – 5:25 p.m.

Warm-Up – 5:30 p.m.

Transit to PAC – 5:55 p.m.

Performance – 6:00 p.m. in PAC

Afterwards, students should pack up their things in the band room and report to any location that they may have signed up for to volunteer.

Attire – Normal. Black or white top, black bottom, black shoes. Formal dress is best for this occasion.

This performance is for adjudication and rating. Students will receive feedback and scores from judges. Attached is a parent letter that has been sent to all visiting parents from other schools. You are encouraged to come and see the band perform! Additionally, on the website can be found the full schedule of attendees for Friday and Saturday.
