Again, I greatly apologize for the change in venue the first week out. This is not something that (as of right now) is intended to continue in the future, but rather another school being very gracious to help us out when we need it.

This is a Mid-States format contest - slightly different from the ISSMA circuit. Groups are based on size.

Arrive/Load Uniform Trailer - 7:30 a.m.

Rehearsal - 8 - 10 a.m.

Departure for Columbus North High School - 10:30 a.m.

• Please remember bus rules. Chaperones on the bus have the final say.

Arrival at Columbus North High School - 2:30 p.m.

Begin Changing into Uniforms - 3:30 p.m.

Blocked up ready to move - 4:30 p.m.

Transit - 4:35 p.m.

Warm-Up - 4:45 p.m.

Performance - 5:30 p.m.

• Students should return to the bus and change out of their uniforms and return to the stands to watch other bands perform.

• Bring money for concessions for dinner.

Return to Buses - 7:45 p.m.

Departure for Garrett High School - 8 p.m.

Arrive, Unload, Dismiss - 12 a.m.
